Time Warp Custom...the Dick Tracey "Kop-Ter-Rod" built by George Barris. It features a hand-built frame, Mazda engine, five-speed transmission and comes complete with sirens, CB Radio and flashers.
It was used a promotional or show car and intended to be a "wildest crime fighting machine ever to hit the highway" for public display.
